Caitlin Peña is a strategic and results-driven Global Procurement leader with over eight years of experience in delivering value and cost savings across the CPG and QSR industries. Previously, Caitlin served as a Corporate Procurement Analyst at USI Insurance Services and held various roles at Subway, including Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Marketing & Corporate Procurement. Caitlin was recognized as a GEM Award recipient during their tenure as Senior Manager of Marketing Procurement. Currently, Caitlin is pursuing multiple degrees and certifications, including a Master’s Degree and certificates in Health Policy and Administration and Epidemiology at Benedictine University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology from the University at Albany, SUNY.
