Lisa Shea

Lisa Shea has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Subway from 1996 to the present. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer, Lisa has held several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior positions at Subway include Director, Assistant Director, Human Resources Generalist, Benefits Manager, and Recruiter. Lisa holds an MBA in Human Resources from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Saint Anselm College.
