Prior to that, Paul was VP of R&D & Culinary Innovation at Outback Steakhouse and served as Sr. Director of Culinary Innovation & R&D at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. Paul began a culinary career as Corporate Executive Chef at Trader Vic's Inc. from January 2003 to March 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree in Culinary Arts - Restaurant Management from Vizo Hasselt in Belgium and participation in the Leadership and Strategic Impact Program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, which began in May 2023.
