Paul Fabre

Paul Fabre is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as SVP of Global Culinary & Innovation at Subway since December 2020. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles at Papa John's International from December 2014 to December 2020, including SVP of Menu & Product Innovation and VP of Global R&D/Innovation & QA. Prior to that, Paul was VP of R&D & Culinary Innovation at Outback Steakhouse and served as Sr. Director of Culinary Innovation & R&D at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. Paul began a culinary career as Corporate Executive Chef at Trader Vic's Inc. from January 2003 to March 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree in Culinary Arts - Restaurant Management from Vizo Hasselt in Belgium and participation in the Leadership and Strategic Impact Program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, which began in May 2023.
