Wendy Spence

Wendy Spence has extensive experience in marketing, beginning as a Project Manager at Kelley Advertising from May 1996 to November 2001, where responsibilities included managing client affairs and multi-million dollar budgets. Following this, Wendy served as Account Director at JAN Kelley Marketing from November 2001 to May 2008, focusing on communication plans for notable clients. Wendy then worked as National Marketing Manager at Arby's Canada from May 2008 to November 2012, developing marketing communications plans to enhance restaurant profitability. From November 2012 to January 2025, Wendy held the position of Senior Director of Marketing for several brands, including THE WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro and Big Smoke Burger. Currently, Wendy is the Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Subway, starting in March 2025. Wendy holds a degree in Marketing & Advertising from Mohawk College, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
