Carlos Pareja

Carlos Pareja is an accomplished educator and leader, currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools since February 2025. With experience as a Site Monitor for the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development, Carlos managed multiple summer program sites and supported student participants. As a Career Prep Fellow with Management Leadership for Tomorrow, Carlos received mentorship and internship opportunities. Additional roles include delivering products for Duffl, advising ASUC Senators on community-focused initiatives, and serving in various leadership capacities within La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc. Carlos has also contributed as a Legal Assistant at GW Law Group and as a VP for Affairs in the UC Berkeley Multi-Cultural Greek Council. A Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government was obtained from the University of California, Berkeley.
