Jasmine Chhabra

Jasmine Chhabra currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Success Academy Charter Schools, beginning in January 2024, and has previously held roles at Bain & Company from March 2018 to December 2023, including Manager of Talent Operations and Innovation. At Bain, Jasmine led innovative recruiting initiatives, developed a gamified recruiting assessment tool, and contributed to the expansion of the applicant tracking system into a comprehensive customer relationship management platform. Earlier experience includes positions in talent operations and program coordination at Macquarie University and the University of Sydney, with foundational work in administration during undergraduate studies.
