Jose Guzman has extensive work experience in the IT field, starting in 2009 as an IT Field Technician at Can Am Consulting Services, Inc. Jose then worked as a PC Desktop Technician at Apex Systems before joining CompuCom, where they held the roles of Desktop Support Technician and later Desktop Special Delivery Lead. In 2018, they became a Project Coordinator at Computacenter. In 2020, they joined Credit Suisse as an Executive/High Touch Support member and then moved on to Tandym Group as a Technical Support Executive. Currently, they are serving as a Team Lead and Executive IT Support at Success Academy Charter Schools.
Jose Guzman attended the PerScholas Institute for Technology from 2008 to 2009, where they studied for an A+ Certification. In 2003 to 2004, they attended the New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, majoring in Computer Engineering. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Tech on Windows 7 from Microsoft in 2012, Network+ Certified Professional from CompTIA in 2010, Accredited Platform Specialist (HP Commercial Desktops, Workstations, and Notebooks) from Hewlett-Packard in 2009, and A+ Certified Professional from CompTIA in 2009.
