Kristina Exline-Manson

Kristina Exline-Manson currently serves as the Leader of Strategic Planning & Advocacy at Success Academy Charter Schools, where responsibilities include managing a team to enhance advocacy efforts for 53 schools, training and mobilizing stakeholders, and driving process improvements. Previously, Kristina held various roles within Success Academy from 2007 to 2019, such as Project Manager for Communications and Public Affairs, where a new communication system for thousands of students was implemented, and Chief of Staff positions that focused on public affairs and schooling operations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Development Associate at NARAL Pro-Choice New York, Deputy Campaign Manager for Eva Moskowitz’s borough president campaign, and working closely with high-profile clients as Special Assistant to the President at Penn Schoen Berland. Kristina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government and Journalism from the University of Iowa.
