La'Kista Coleman

La'Kista Coleman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in job development, administrative assistance, and education. Currently serving as a Job Developer at Success Centers since November 2022, La'Kista focuses on creating pathways to success and fostering community resilience and self-advocacy. Prior to this role, La'Kista worked at Goodwill Industries San Francisco for over eight years as an Administrative Assistant, managing data entry, participant scheduling, and providing job search support. La'Kista also held the position of Medical Services Representative at Planned Parenthood Golden Gate, where responsibilities included managing patient caseloads and training new employees. Earlier experience includes working as an educational paraprofessional at Hilltop High School, supporting pregnant and parenting youth through tutoring, mentoring, and resource guidance. La'Kista holds a Medical Assistant degree from Bryman College and a high school diploma from Hilltop High School.
