Crystal M. has extensive experience in educational program management and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Programs at Success in Education since May 2019. In this role, Crystal oversees various educational initiatives while ensuring equitable strategic planning and engaging diverse stakeholders across Utah. Previous positions include Associate Director at Success in Education, Senior Product Manager, and Keys to Success Program Manager, complemented by roles in behavior support and mentoring at Ogden-Weber Technical College and Waterford Institute. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Southern Utah University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Utah.
