Kevin Broughton is currently the Chief of Recruiting & Retention at Success Mortgage Partners. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Success Mortgage Partners, Kevin was the Regional Director at RE/MAX of Southeast Michigan from January 2002 to June 2005.

Kevin Broughton has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University, and they also went to Brother Rice High School.
