Tina Kosak

Tina Kosak has a diverse and extensive work history in the mortgage industry. Tina currently holds the position of Compliance Officer at Success Mortgage Partners since June 2022. Previously, they worked at Union Home Mortgage Corp. for almost ten years, starting as an Underwriter from August 2012 to November 2014, and later transitioning to a Compliance Officer role which they held from November 2014 to April 2022. Before that, Tina was in a leadership role as an Underwriting Team Lead at Home Lending Source from May 2004 to August 2012. Tina began their career as an Underwriter at Howard Hanna Mortgage Services in November 1998, working there until May 2004.

Tina Kosak attended Buffalo State University from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended Erie Community College from 1989 to 1990. Tina has also obtained additional certifications as an FHA DE Underwriter and a VA SAR Underwriter.
