Vibha Baliyan is a motivated and detail-oriented professional currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Success Pact Consulting Pvt. Ltd. since April 2025, focusing on building effective tech teams through end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technical roles. Previously, Vibha gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Code Calibre and Subhansh Sewa Trust, where responsibilities included recruitment processes, candidate interviews, onboarding, and maintaining candidate databases.
