Roger Marsden currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Succession Wealth since February 2024. Prior to this role, Roger Marsden spent nearly two decades at Aviva, where various senior positions included Managing Director of Retail UK Savings & Retirement, Managing Director of Savings, and Managing Director of Retirement & CEO Equity Release. Earlier experience includes tenure at Aviva Life Insurance Company as a Finance Business Partner, and roles at Barclays Capital as a Product Controller, and Touche Ross as a Chartered Accountant - Tax Consultant. Roger Marsden holds a BSc hons in Economics from Loughborough University.
