VP of Sales & Channel at SuccessKPI

Emil Modugno is currently the Head of Channel at SuccessKPI. Prior to this, they spent over 9 years with Prime Communications, a Premier AT&T National Partner, where they were recognized as the top store manager for the north central region in 2012 and 2016. In their time with Prime Communications, Emil was responsible for multi-site management, recruiting, hiring and development of sales reps and store managers.

Since 2008, Emil has built profitable sales teams through recruitment and training of sales staff and managers. Emil is skilled in generating new relationships and is a strong brand ambassador with partner companies, including Apple and Samsung.

Emil is an effective communicator and trainer, utilizing the D.I.R.E.C.T and S.M.A.R.T coaching models in weekly manager meetings to improve personnel performance. Under their leadership, AT&T and other company partners have establish and maintained strong relationships.

Emil Modugno has a Bachelor of Arts from IUPUI in Industrial & Organization, Clinical/Therapeutic, and Drug & Addiction Psychology. Emil also has a HS Diploma from Roncalli Highschool. Emil Modugno is certified from LinkedIn in Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving Techniques, Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making Strategies.

They are on a team with Rachel Schaeffer - Director, Sales, Vance Raeside - Director, Sales, and Erin Stewart - Executive Director, Emerging Markets. Emil Modugno reports to Dave McAbee, VP, Sales.
