Praphul Kumar

Praphul Kumar is the Chief Product Officer at SuccessKPI. Praphul was previously the Senior Director of Product Management at Genesys, where they were responsible for the product owner of the entire suite of products for reporting, analytics and design tools deployed across cloud and premise customers. Praphul conceived and built the entire data framework using Kafka streaming service and other big data technologies like Spark for historical ETL, Flink for real-time event processing. Praphul also has a working knowledge of Microstrategy, Oracle BI and SAP BO.

Kumar introduced new products like Designer to help Genesys customers build multi-channel self-service applications as well as routing strategies. Praphul conceived the product idea, got executive support and necessary funding, built comprehensive UI/UX working with internal design team as well outsources design studio and then work closely with engineering resources to execute the product. Praphul has also filed 21 patents, both design and utility, in the field of User Interface, Analytics and Customer Experience.

Praphul Kumar has an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's in Enginering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
