Justin Chen

Justin Chen currently serves as the Head of Talent at Succinct since June 2025. Prior to this role, Justin was involved in technical recruiting at Coinbase from March 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting and providing consulting for portfolio companies. Justin also gained experience as a Fellow in the On Deck Founders Fellowship in August 2020 and led technical recruiting for Security Engineering, Corporate Engineering, and Technical Program Management at Robinhood from January 2019 to January 2020. Earlier in career, Justin held the position of Recruiting Lead at Binc from January 2017 to January 2019 before the company was acquired by Robinhood. Justin Chen earned a B.A. in International Business from UC Irvine.
