Ethan Richards

Ethan Richards is an experienced quality assurance professional currently serving as QA Lead at Sucker Punch Productions since September 2023. Previously, Ethan held positions as Senior QA Tester at Santa Monica Studio from September 2020 to January 2023, and Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Magic Leap from April 2017 to April 2020, where Ethan also served as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Ethan started the career as a QA Tester at Epic Games from April 2016 to April 2017. Earlier experience includes project management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, overseeing a team on an open-source software development project in 2014. Ethan holds a Bachelor's degree in Undergraduate Games and Simulations Arts and Sciences and Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completed in 2015, and attended Paul D Schreiber High School from 2008 to 2011.
