Philippe Faure-Brac is a prominent figure in the wine industry, currently serving as the proprietor of Bistrot du Sommelier Paris since May 1984, where culinary creations are paired with exceptional wines. Philippe has been the treasurer of the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale since May 2004 and works as a radio columnist for Sud Radio since January 2017. Additionally, Philippe has served as a partner at Domaine Duseigneur, focusing on biodynamic wine production in the Rhône Valley, and has been an independent consultant for ALLIANCE LOIRE since January 2013. Philippe previously held the position of president of the Union de la sommellerie française from November 2016 until April 2023.
