Hali Alfehaid

Hali Alfehaid has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Hali is currently serving as the Head of HR at Sudair Pharmaceutical Company since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner Manager in the Pharma Sector at Saudi Chemical Company Holding from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR operation management. Before that, Hali worked at Hikma Pharmaceuticals from 2016 to 2021, where they held various positions including Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Specialist, Recruitment & Selection Specialist, and Learning And Development Specialist. In these roles, they were involved in recruitment, talent management, organizational development, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Hali Alfehaid began their education at the International College Portsmouth (ICP) in 2009, where they obtained a foundation degree in International Business Foundation. Hali then went on to study at the University of Portsmouth from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.

In addition to their formal education, Hali Alfehaid has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of human resources.
