Anuradha Deshpande

Anuradha Deshpande has over 15 years of work experience in the Chemical and Cosmetics industry.

Anuradha started their career at BASF India Ltd in 2005, where they held various roles including Product Executive, Product Manager, Key Account Manager, and Account Manager.

During their time at BASF, they were responsible for technical and sales activities, product launches, and managing key accounts in South Asia.

In 2012, Anuradha joined Galaxy Surfactants Limited as a Leader - Domestic Business Creation. Their responsibilities included maintaining leadership in personal and home care categories, managing global key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Anuradha then moved on to Connell Bros Co India.- Wilbur Ellis Group in 2015 as a Business Manager. Anuradha managed sales for the western region, focused on customer relationship management, portfolio enhancement, and supplier collaboration.

Currently, Anuradha is serving as a Senior Manager - Cosmetics Sales at Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. Their role involves overseeing sales for the India Subcontinent & South Asia region.

Anuradha Deshpande obtained their Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Technology from Nagpur University between the years 2000 and 2004.
