Jen Sudduth is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sudduth Search, LLC, a position held since March 2019. Prior to this, Jen served as Managing Director at Focus Search Partners, a Vaco company, from August 2015 to March 2019, following the acquisition of Taylor Winfield, where Jen was also Managing Director from July 2007 to July 2017. Between May 2011 and June 2015, Jen held the role of Talent Director at Enaxis Consulting, a firm acquired by Accenture, overseeing talent acquisition and resource management. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University and possesses a PHr Certification.
