Rose Punkunus has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rose also led the deployment of finance technology transformation projects.

Prior to Uber, Rose worked at Apple as the Data Science and Analytics Lead for Apple TV. During their time at Apple, they advised major studios on global digital video strategy and led data science and analytics efforts for iTunes Movies, TV, Podcasts, and Education worldwide businesses.

Apart from their corporate experience, Rose also has experience in coaching volleyball. Rose served as the head coach for high school and club teams, working with top girls' volleyball players in the Bay Area. Rose has coached teams at Encore Volleyball Club and Palo Alto Elite Volleyball Club.

Additionally, Rose has been involved in social impact initiatives. Rose was a founding member of Technovation in 2010, an organization that empowers girls to become tech entrepreneurs and leaders. Rose was part of the team that launched Technovation, and since then, over 10,000 girls from 78 countries have participated in the program.

In 2011, Rose worked at FIJI Water in a Direct-to-Consumer role, where they built the Fiji Water home delivery P&L for a new international market and created models to forecast market demand and impact on other distribution channels.

Rose Punkunus has a Sc.B degree in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
