Yannick Tauras

Yannick Tauras is currently a Global Lean Manager at SÜDPACK Group, where they are involved in various projects focused on Lean Management. They previously served as a Working Student in Series Procurement at Albert Handtmann Metallgusswerk GmbH & Co. KG, contributing to the execution of procurement processes and OEM projects. Yannick has also completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Procurement and is pursuing a Master's degree in Corporate Management at HTWG Hochschule Konstanz. Their academic work includes Master's and Bachelor's theses centered on Lean Management implementation and digital visualization of management systems.
