Sue Hopgood

With over 30 years' experience gained across NHS organisations and the wider public sector, Sue is currently Managing Director of the Cross Sector Leadership Exchange, a community interest company that brings together leaders from different sectors to challenge and develop their leadership practice.

Sue’s expertise lies in human resource management and organisational development, and she has an MA in Strategic Human Resources. She has dedicated the last 16 years to specialising in leadership development, talent management, employee engagement and culture change.

She is passionate about helping individuals and organisations to be the very best they can be, which in turn improves organisational and individual performance.
