Ulf Strijowski

Ulf Strijowski is a Senior Chemist at Südzucker since March 2012, leading the Working Group Instrumental Analytics. Prior to this role, Ulf worked at Deutsches Institut für Lebensmitteltechnik e. V. from September 2006 to March 2012, managing publicly funded research projects related to various food types, including grain, potatoes, fats, oils, chocolate, and oligosaccharides. Ulf's experience also includes serving as a Post-doctoral Fellow at Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research from November 2004 to August 2006 and as a PhD Student at Bielefeld University from February 2001 to October 2004, focusing on the synthesis and conformational analysis of cyclic peptides as potential integrin ligands. Ulf earned a Diplom in Chemistry from Bielefeld University, completing studies from 1992 to 2001.
