Carla Issartel is a digital project specialist currently working at SUEZ since September 2019, where the role as Chef de projet digital focuses on strategy, transformation, and sustainable development, emphasizing the development of high-value digital solutions that integrate generative AI and web performance. Previous positions at SUEZ included web project manager and junior digital project manager, contributing to website redesign, customer experience management, data reporting, chatbot implementation, and web content creation. Carla's early career includes roles in customer service as a waitress and sales advisor.
