Luis Alberto Mendez

Luis Alberto Mendez has extensive experience in electrical and controls engineering, currently serving as the Platform Systems - Electrical and Controls Engineering Lead at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions since October 2017. Prior to this role, Mendez held the position of Lead Electrical Engineer at GE Water & Process Technologies from October 2002 to September 2017. Mendez's career began at Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantaillado de Bogotá ESP, where the role of Plant Manager was held from May 1987 to June 2002. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Controls Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
