John Kemp is currently the Chief Operating Officer for the Mountain West Region at Suffolk Construction, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Project Executive for the BDK - BIG D Construction / Kitchell CEM Joint Venture from 2017 to 2022, where they represented the owners for the new Utah State Correctional Facility. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University between 2000 and 2002.
