Neil Murphy

Neil Murphy is a highly experienced construction professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Superintendent at Suffolk Construction since May 2018, Neil previously held positions as Superintendent and Project Manager at Delta Design & Construction, Inc. from May 2017 to May 2018. Before that, Neil was the Sr. Project Manager at CAL Development Inc. where responsibilities encompassed oversight for the Northeast region from January 2015 to May 2016. Neil also owned and operated NJM Construction Management from September 2004 to January 2015, focusing on commercial contracting, remodeling, sales, bid production, and project management. Additionally, Neil co-founded Coastal Restoration and Development Corp, serving as Vice President of Operations from January 1983 to January 2004, with duties including sales, estimating, and project management. Neil holds education credentials from Bates College and Bridgewater State University.
