Tim Conley

Tim Conley is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Ziolkowski Construction, Inc. since October 2021, Tim has held similar roles at Nuway Construction, Performance Services, and Balfour Beatty Construction US, where Tim successfully led major projects such as the New Children's Hospital and Central Energy Plant Upgrade at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. Prior experience includes managing commercial roofing projects at Midland Engineering and providing construction administrative support at BSA LifeStructures for healthcare and education facilities. Tim began their career with Casteel Construction Corp. as a Project Engineer and later as a Project Manager, and has also worked as a Construction Manager at Construction Control, Inc. Tim holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and an MEd from the University of Notre Dame.
