Andrea Cote is an accomplished educator and artist with extensive experience in Fine Art drawing, 3-D design, printmaking, and mixed-media. Currently serving as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Suffolk County Community College since September 2022, Cote has previously worked as a Teaching Artist at The Parrish Art Museum, leading innovative programs including the Art in Corrections Program. Cote's tenure at The Watermill Center, spanning from May 2013 to December 2021, included roles as Education & Public Programs Manager and Education Program Coordinator, focusing on engaging local communities through arts education. Cote's earlier experience includes teaching roles at The New School and The Dreamyard Project, emphasizing the integration of arts into educational settings. Cote holds an MFA in Sculpture/Multi-media from Purchase College, SUNY, and a BFA in Fine Arts and Poetry from Florida International University.
