Timothy Kilcommons

Timothy Kilcommons has a strong background in civil engineering and water distribution. Timothy began their career at NYCDEP as a Civil Engineer, where they worked for ten years. In 2000, they joined the Suffolk County Water Authority, where they held multiple roles. Timothy served as the Director of Distribution from 2000 to 2012, overseeing construction projects, project management, and in-house crews. In 2013, they were promoted to the role of Chief Engineer, demonstrating their expertise and leadership in the field.

Timothy Kilcommons obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Dowling College in 2012. Timothy also has a Bachelor's degree (BE) in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.
