Amy Ewen

Amy Ewen, Ed.D, serves as the Director of International Education and Study Away at Suffolk University since May 2022. Previously, Ewen taught as an instructor for the Master's in Higher Education program at Providence College from January 2022 to June 2023. Ewen's extensive background in study abroad and international education includes roles as Assistant Director for Study Abroad, Study Abroad Program Manager, and Program Coordinator at Johnson & Wales University from October 2014 to January 2022. Co-founding OCIDES, Ewen contributed to improving cross-cultural discussions in higher education and provided consulting services for universities and educational ministries. Ewen's earlier experiences include research and administrative roles at various institutions such as Universität Kassel and Brown University. Ewen holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University and an MA in Higher Education from Universität Kassel.
