Roggiero Spillere

Roggiero (Roger) Spillere is currently a Doctoral Student at UMass Global and has been serving as a Board Member for Level Ground MMA since July 2023. Spillere is also a Council Member of the Equality and Diversity Committee for the UK Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association since August 2020. Prior to these roles, Spillere had a distinguished career at Wellington Management, serving in various capacities from Intern to Managing Director over a span of 34 years, focusing on areas such as operational risk management and business management operations in multiple regions, including Asia-Pacific and EMEA. Spillere holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Stonehill College, a Master's in Law, Policy, and Society from Northeastern University, a Master's in International Economics from Suffolk University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at UMass Global, with additional experience as a Visiting Research Student at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
