Sean P. Murphy

Sean P. Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in journalism and law. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in Journalism at Suffolk University since 2007, Sean has a longstanding role as a Consumer Advocate Reporter for The Boston Globe, which began in October 1987. Additionally, Sean has practiced law as an Attorney since 1992. Sean obtained a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School between 1987 and 1991 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Tufts University, earned from 1976 to 1979. Early education was completed at Phillips Exeter Academy from 1972 to 1975.
