Antonio Balsamo

Antonio Balsamo has been working in the software industry since 2014. Antonio began their career at Shineful Co., Ltd as a e-commerce specialist. In 2018, they joined Zendesk as a software manager and was in close contact with online customers, discovering the uses and functions of the Zendesk tool. Antonio also worked as a software manager at Sufio in the same year. In 2020, they became a Socio e Consulente at Mentorify Italia - Shopify Partner.

Antonio Balsamo has completed an EIPASS 7 Moduli User certification from Mirea Comunicazione in March 2022. Antonio is currently studying Branding and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
