Amanda Lopez

Amanda Lopez is an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef with extensive experience in managing pastry production and retail operations. At Sugar Bliss and SUGAR BLISS CAKE BOUTIQUE since March 2019, Amanda oversees all pastry production, creates weekly schedules, ensures quality control, and leads training for new and existing employees. Previous roles include Pastry Sous Chef at Vanille Pâtisserie, Store Manager and Pastry Chef at Sunflour Baking Company, and Head Baker at Wheat's End Artisan Foods, among others. Amanda's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts from Columbus Culinary Institute.
