Hau Truong is an experienced logistics and warehouse manager currently leading logistics and warehouse activities at Sugar Bowl Bakery, Inc. since May 2016. Prior to this role, Hau served as a Senior Planner at Kraft Foods - Maxwell House Division from July 2008 to 2016, where extensive experience was gained in materials planning and production scheduling, as well as leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Earlier positions include Operations Supervisor at Kraft Foods from July 1999 to December 2007, supervising production line operations, and Production Manager at RJ Munns's Inc. from January 1996 to July 1999, managing CNC and manual machining processes. Hau holds an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Operations Management from San Francisco State University.
