Nirav Jagad

Nirav Jagad has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2001. Nirav began their career as Core Faculty at Welingkar Institute of Management in 2001. In 2005, they moved to EmmayHR Services Limited as Manager. In 2007, they joined Emmay HR, a Randstad Company, as Senior Manager, Learning and Development, where they were responsible for talent development in the organisation. In 2008, they were promoted to Senior Manager, HR Advisory at EmmayHR, a Randstad Company. In 2009, they moved to Cerebrus Consultants as Senior Consultant. In 2012, they joined IL&FS - Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services as Group Head Talent Development and Organisation Transformation. In 2017, they moved to Nykaa as CHRO. In 2021, they took on the role of CHRO at LEAD School and also became a Startup Advisor. Currently, they are the Chief People Officer at SUGAR Cosmetics.

Nirav Jagad has a diverse educational background. Nirav obtained their MBA in Human Resource from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2001, their M Com in Management from University of Mumbai in 2001, and their Bachelors in Commerce from University of Mumbai in 1998. Nirav also holds four additional certifications, including OD Intervention Strategies and Skills from NTL, USA in 2017, Certified Performance and Competency Developer from CAMI, USA in 2013, and two certifications from Hay Group, Netherlands in 360 Degree Feedback and Behavioral Event Interview.
