Sanatan Jena has worked in the cosmetics industry for the past five years. In 2021, they joined SUGAR Cosmetics as a Retail Sales Supervisor. Prior to that, they worked with Smollan as a Senior Marketing Executive from 2020. Before that, they were employed with Unilever as a Beauty Advisor from 2016.

Sanatan Jena obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales and Marketing Operations/Marketing from Utkal University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Fakir Mohan University, Balasore between 2015 and 2017. Sanatan has also obtained certifications in Excellent Customer Services from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. (2019), Excellent Grooming Standard from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. - Pantaloons, Good Product Knowledge from LTA School Of Beauty - India's Largest International Beauty Academy, and Spiritual Speaker from SCART ODISHA.
