Debbie Perry

Director, Pastoral Care Ministry at Sugar Creek Baptist Church

Debbie Perry has extensive work experience in various roles. Debbie began their career in 1983 as a Secretary for a Gynecological Infertility Surgeon, where they handled administrative tasks and assisted with patient care. In 1997, they joined Sugar Creek Baptist Church as a Care Support Staff member, providing clerical support and managing the minister on call system. In 2003, Debbie became the Director of Pastoral Care Ministry at Sugar Creek Baptist Church, overseeing various aspects of the care-giving ministry. Debbie is responsible for counseling, visitation, funerals, grief counseling, and volunteer management.

Debbie Perry pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2003 to 2007, they attended the College of Biblical Studies - Houston, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biblical Counseling. Later, from 2008 to 2013, they enrolled at the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where they completed a Master of Arts in Christian Education - Biblical Counseling (MACE-BC).
