Stephanie has spent her career working alongside founders, investors, and operators - bringing structure, speed, and precision to high-growth environments. At Sugar Free Capital, she leads operations, communications, and execution to ensure the firm runs with focus and discipline.

Prior to joining Sugar Free, Stephanie supported a Comcast Ventures portfolio company and collaborated with early-stage founders, investors, and executives across media, sports, entertainment, and tech. She and Sheena have known each other for four years, introduced by one of Sheena’s GP mentors.
