Zakky Ahmad Wahyudi

Zakky Ahmad Wahyudi has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and compliance. Zakky Ahmad started their career at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk as a Quality Control Chemist in September 2012. After a year, they moved on to PT Nestle Indofood Citarasa Indonesia where they worked in the role of Quality Assurance from October 2013 to July 2018. Zakky Ahmad then joined Sugar Group Companies - Gulaku as the Head of Corporate QA & Compliance in July 2018. Additionally, in June 2019, they founded Indonesia Quality Institution.

Zakky Ahmad Wahyudi's education history begins in 2009 when they attended IPB University for a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Zakky Ahmad completed their studies at IPB University in 2012. In 2013, Zakky enrolled in Universitas Jayabaya to pursue a degree in Chemical Engineering. Zakky Ahmad graduated from Universitas Jayabaya in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Zakky has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they completed a certification in Effective Calibration Systems from PT Neville Clarke Indonesia. In 2016, they obtained certifications in Automation On Photometric Of WatervAnd Environmental Chrmistry Analysis from Thermo Fisher Scientific and Ahli K3 Kimia (Chemical Safety Expert) from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). In 2018, they earned the certification of Profesi Penyelia Sistem Jaminan Halal (Supervisor of Halal Assurance System) from LSP MUI. In 2019, Zakky completed the PCQI (Preventive Control Qualified Individual) for FSPCA Preventive Control For Human Food certification from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA). Zakky Ahmad also obtained the certification of Pengelolaan Keamanan Pangan Berbasis Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) in 2021. Finally, they obtained the Lead Auditor Food Safety Management System FSSC 22000 certification from Foundation FSSC in 2023.
