Andrea Ayers

Andrea Ayers is an experienced professional in the field of training and instructional design, currently serving as the Sr. Product Trainer & Instructional Designer at SugarCRM since November 2009. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2007 to October 2009, including involvement in the TIERS project for Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Andrea's earlier experience includes serving as a Sr. Consultant at Hart InterCivic and as the Lead Trainer for the TIERS project from 2002 to 2005. Andrea began a career in training at Guaranty Bank, where the position held was Trainer II from February 1996 to May 2002. Educational attainment includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas State University, completed between 1993 and 1995.
