Jorge Arroyo

Jorge Arroyo has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Jorge started their career at IBM in 1985 as a Software Engineer and Development Manager, where they played a crucial role in the development of the VisualAge product. Throughout their time at IBM, they held various positions, including IT Architect, Distinguished Engineer and Technical Solutions Executive, and Distinguished Engineer and Technical Executive. In these roles, Jorge was responsible for defining and implementing strategies and architectures for various IT systems and solutions, including CRM, Marketing Automation, and enterprise integration.

In 2015, Jorge joined SugarCRM as a Fellow, where they helped customers develop successful enterprise CRM strategies and implementations. Jorge later took on roles as Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services, VP of Engineering and Fellow, and their current position as SVP of Engineering and Cloud Operations. At SugarCRM, Jorge's work involved CRM strategy, cloud and infrastructure architecture, integration architecture, and business analytics, among other key skills.

Jorge Arroyo obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, studying from 1982 to 1986.
