Michael Russell has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Network Consultant at Quality Network Innovations. In 2011, they joined Fort Wayne Metals as a Systems Intern, eventually transitioning to the role of Developer in 2012. In 2013, they moved on to SugarCRM, initially starting as a Support Specialist and later becoming a Technical Support Engineer. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Senior Developer Support Engineer, where they built and maintained various systems, provided development support to partners and customers, and maintained developer documentation. Currently, they hold the position of CX Applications Team Lead at SugarCRM, which commenced in 2019.
Michael Russell earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Networking from the Indiana Institute of Technology in 2013. During their time at the institute, they also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Security Investigation. In 2011, they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate certification and in 2009, they earned a CompTIA A+ certification. Additionally, they are a certified Sugar Developer Specialist through SugarCRM.
