Miguel Fimbres

Miguel Fimbres has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Miguel currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Sugarfina, Inc. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Consultant at P3 Group Mexico, where they implemented various strategies such as 5S, JIT, Kanban, and TPM, and successfully improved operations in a plastic injection molding operation. Before that, they were the Operations Manager at Polygroup Industrias México, where they coordinated the transfer of production lines from China to Mexico and developed supply chain strategies. Miguel also worked as an Operations Consultant at QVT Consulting, a Supply Chain Manager at Amphenol TCS, and an Operations Manager at Axiom Automotive. Additionally, they served as the Director of JIT Consulting Services and the Branch Manager at Purchased Parts Group. Overall, Miguel Fimbres has a strong background in optimizing operations, improving production rates, implementing lean methodologies, and developing supply chain strategies.

Miguel Fimbres earned their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. Miguel attended the university from 1982 to 1987.
