Jim Cook

Jim Cook is an experienced entrepreneur and principal at Mia Rose Holdings, LLC since December 2021. With a strong background in the food industry, Jim has owned Sugarfire Smoke House since April 2014 and Imo's Pizza since February 1991. Additionally, Jim is involved in real estate development through The Junction, a 16-acre project in Wentzville, MO, which will feature a hotel, a 180-unit multi-family complex, and additional retail spaces. Jim is an alumnus of Indiana University Bloomington.
