Alex Steigerwalt

Alex Steigerwalt is a Corporate Project Engineer at Sugaright (Division of CSC Sugar), responsible for implementing new backwash tank for resin fines removal, managing filter press projects, solving process complications, and planning plant improvement projects. As a Process Engineering Intern at NAURA Akrion Inc, Alex tested new coating designs, calibrated conductivity probes, updated AutoCAD drawings, organized redline drawing database, and developed pressure testing procedures. Currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering at Penn State University, Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
